We are seeking an ambitious, entry-level Junior Sales Insurance Agent eager to start a career in the insurance industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building relationships and driving new business through proactive outreach.
This role will be a full-time, permanent placement, with a starting salary of $40K/year.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Engage with potential clients daily to introduce insurance products and services.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, and referrals.
• Client Acquisition: Build strong relationships with prospects and convert them into long-term clients.
• Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of insurance offerings to confidently present solutions.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Use CRM tools to track leads, schedule follow-ups, and ensure timely conversions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience: Prior sales or insurance experience is a plus but not required.
