We are seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead two waterfront luxury properties in vibrant Pompano Beach: the Residence Inn Pompano Beach, a boutique-style, oceanfront, 106-room Marriott hotel featuring a lively restaurant and water sports program, and the Sands Harbor Hotel, a 60-room destination with deep roots in the community.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the guest experience at two distinctive hotels where oceanfront views meet elevated hospitality. The ideal candidate will bring seasoned leadership, financial expertise, and a track record of success within the Marriott portfolio—Autograph Collection experience strongly preferred. What you will be doing:
• Lead and energize hotel teams with vision, accountability, and a guest-first mindset.
• Oversee all operations, from front office to food & beverage, housekeeping, and water sports.
• Drive revenue growth while carefully managing expenses and ensuring strong financial performance.
• Partner with sales, revenue, and marketing teams to enhance visibility and elevate market share.
• Implement Marriott brand standards with excellence while embracing the individuality of each property.
• Ensure each property is impeccably maintained, safe, and compliant with all regulations.
• Foster a culture of hospitality excellence that attracts both loyal guests and top talent.
What you bring to the table:
• 5+ years of experience as a Hotel General Manager in luxury or lifestyle hospitality.
• Marriott brand experience required; Autograph Collection experience strongly preferred.
• Proven leadership with the ability to motivate and mentor teams.
• Strong business acumen and financial management expertise.
• Excellent communication skills and a polished, hands-on approach.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multi-property environment.
