Job: Pest Control Apprentice

Position Type: Full Time Temp to Perm

Pay: $17.50-$19.00

Schedule: 6:30am to 3pm

We are seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as a Pest Control Apprentice. This is an entry-level position offering on-the-job training in pest management services. You'll assist experienced technicians in inspecting, treating, and preventing pest issues for residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with inspections of properties for pest activity and signs of infestation
• Support the application of treatments using safe and approved products
• Help prepare and load equipment and materials for daily service routes
• Educating clients on pest prevention and treatment options
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas and vehicles
• Document service details and observations accurately
• Follow all company safety guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Attending training sessions to obtain necessary certifications

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to learn and obtain pest control certification/license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in confined spaces, attics, crawlspaces, and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
