We are seeking a highly organized Real Estate Assistant to support our commercial real estate operation. This role will work closely with our management team and assist in the day-to-day operations of our commercial property portfolio. The position is shared between two managers and will be based in a professional home office environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily property management operations
  • Communicate with tenants regarding requests, issues, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate maintenance and construction work orders
  • Schedule vendors, contractors, and inspections
  • Track projects, timelines, and completion status
  • Organize leases, contracts, invoices, and property documentation
  • Assist with rent tracking, compliance, and tenant records
  • Support office and field management teams with administrative needs
  • Help maintain structure, organization, and workflow efficiency


Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in real estate, property management, construction, or administration is a plus
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office
  • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
