A prestigious and nationally recognized law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join its expanding Naples, Florida office.This is a rare opportunity to join the Florida arm of a highly regarded Michigan-based firm with a robust national client base and a strong presence in commercial real estate.
About the Role:We are seeking a Real Estate Attorney with 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Proven experience in acquisition, sale, and financing of commercial properties
  • Deep knowledge of HOA and condominium law
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills with leases, contracts, and closing documents
  • The ability to lead real estate transactions independently
  • A client-focused, business-minded approach to legal practice

While a portable book of business is welcome, it is not required. Candidates with entrepreneurial drive and business development experience will thrive in this role.
What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years of commercial real estate legal experience
  • Florida Bar admission (or willingness to sit for the Florida Bar – expenses covered)
  • Excellent academic credentials
