About the Role
We’re looking for a Technical Innovation Engineer — someone who thrives on variety, precision, and curiosity. You’ll balance technical stability with creative problem-solving, keeping systems reliable while finding smarter ways to build and improve them. Some days you’ll troubleshoot issues or standardize workflows; others, you’ll test new tech, design solutions, or travel on-site to deploy them.

What You’ll Do
- Keep systems, networks, and equipment running smoothly — and make them better in the process.
- Design, test, and document new technical solutions that improve reliability and efficiency.
- Support both in-office operations and occasional field projects around the country.
- Explore and pilot new technologies that advance how we deliver broadcast and media systems.
- Create documentation and standards that make innovation repeatable and sustainable.
- Collaborate across departments to translate messy real-world challenges into elegant technical solutions.

Compensation
$50,000 – $60,000/year, depending on experience.
Includes travel opportunities, ongoing training, and exposure to emerging technologies.
