Job DescriptionInterventional Pain Management Physician Opportunity in Daytona Beach, FL
Join a well-respected and established Interventional Spine & Pain Management practice, one of the largest Interventional Spine & Pain Management groups in Florida, providing comprehensive pain and rehabilitative services statewide. We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Interventional Pain Management Physician (Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, or Neurology trained) to join our thriving Daytona Beach office. This rare opportunity allows you to replace a highly productive physician in an already busy practice with a robust referral network and three excellent, experienced Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), including interventional pain-experienced PAs and NPs.
As the incoming Interventional Pain Management Physician, you'll step into a full schedule immediately, performing 20-25 procedures per day in our state-of-the-art office procedure room, with ASC access for larger or sedation cases. Focus on outpatient-based comprehensive interventional pain management, including patient evaluations, diagnosis, interventional procedures, and long-term management of acute, chronic, and cancer-related pain. Collaborate with and supervise our seasoned APPs, who handle medication refills and feed a high volume of procedures, enabling tremendous bonus potential from day one.
Position Highlights:
- Outpatient interventional pain management in modern facilities with a de novo ambulatory surgery center (ASC) and immediate partnership track.
- Competitive salary guarantee of $300,000-$400,000 based on experience, plus productivity-based incentives and huge bonus potential.
- Clinic hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM, with an hour lunch break.
- Supervision of 3 interventional pain-experienced APPs for efficient workflow and team-based care.

Qualifications:
- MD or DO with completion of an accredited residency in Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, or Neurology.
- Fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management preferred.
- State of Florida Medical License (or ability to obtain) and Federal DEA certification.
- BLS/ACLS certification.
- Strong communication skills, excellent bedside manner, and commitment to team-based care.
