<li>As a Pre-Litigation Paralegal Specialist, you will assist attorneys with cases to ensure the efficient and timely progression of the different stages of pre-litigation. Your responsibilities will include:Communicating with clients from the beginning of the case through the pre-litigation process</li>
<li>Communicating with treating doctors and medical providers</li>
<li>Preparing and managing legal documents, correspondence, and filings in accordance with relevant laws and regulations</li>
<li>Assisting attorneys in pre-litigation activities</li>
<li>Identifying, researching, and analyzing relevant laws and legal issues</li>
<li>Tracking case progress and deadlines and updating attorneys accordingly</li>
<li>Utilizing case management software and database systems to organize and manage case information</li>
</ul>

<p>Our ideal candidate will have three years of personal injury pre-litigation paralegal experience and possess strong oral and written communication skills. Self-motivation, attention to detail, and accuracy are essential qualities for this role. We value results-oriented individuals with a proactive approach to case management and the ability to handle large and complex caseloads.Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
