  • Lead and manage all aspects of healthcare and institutional construction projects from inception to completion.

  • Ensure compliance with AHCA inspections and other regulatory requirements throughout project timelines.
  • \n

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
  • \n

  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality standards to ensure successful project delivery.
  • \n

  • Resolve on-site issues and provide effective solutions to maintain project continuity.
  • \n

  • Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and alignment.
  • \n

  • Implement and oversee safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
  • \n

  • Prepare and manage project documentation, including reports and schedules.
  • \n
