- Ensure compliance with AHCA inspections and other regulatory requirements throughout project timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality standards to ensure successful project delivery.
- Resolve on-site issues and provide effective solutions to maintain project continuity.
- Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and alignment.
- Implement and oversee safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including reports and schedules.
