We are currently partnering with a leading provider of plumbing services in Lakeland, FL that is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Assistant to support their growing operations. This role will focus on coordinating and organizing service appointments for the plumbing division, with the potential to expand into scheduling support for restoration and HVAC services in the future, requiring strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and field technicians to ensure services are scheduled and completed efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate service appointments with customers, property managers, and tenants, focusing primarily on residential clients, as well as commercial clients
- Handle incoming calls, providing excellent customer service, and addressing inquiries or scheduling needs promptly
- Maintain regular communication with plumbers and AC technicians throughout the day to coordinate new jobs and address any scheduling changes
- Ensure plumbers and AC techs complete necessary administrative tasks in the system, following up as needed to maintain accuracy and efficiency
- Utilize the scheduling systems to manage appointments, keep accurate records, and track job progress
- Be flexible in handling the dynamic nature of the job, adjusting schedules and tasks as new jobs come in
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience in a scheduling or administrative role, ideally within the trades or service industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Familiarity with plumbing services, HVAC services and/or skilled trades is a plus
What You Can Expect
- $20.00 - $22.00/hr, depending on experience
- Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm
- Paid time off
- Paid holidays
