MD Pressure Cleaning is a family-owned, fully insured pressure cleaning and soft washing company with over 12 years of experience serving residential and commercial customers throughout Charlotte County. We are growing and looking for a reliable, motivated Pressure Cleaning Technician who wants steady work, solid pay, and room to grow with a reputable local company.
Job Responsibilities
As a Pressure Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality exterior cleaning services, including:
- Pressure cleaning driveways, sidewalks, and walkways
- Soft washing homes, roofs, pool cages, and lanais
- Cleaning pool decks, pavers, and commercial surfaces
- Properly setting up and maintaining equipment
- Applying cleaning solutions safely and correctly
- Protecting customer property, landscaping, and surfaces
- Communicating professionally with homeowners and business clients
- Following safety procedures and company standards at all times
Qualifications
- Prior pressure cleaning or exterior cleaning experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions
- Physically capable of lifting equipment and performing manual labor
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Professional appearance and respectful attitude toward customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Monday–Friday (with occasional weekends as needed)
- Consistent hours and steady workload
