Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations for high-end residential and commercial construction projects in the Miami area. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience as a superintendent, is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of leading field teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all on-site activities from mobilization through project completion.
- Enforce project schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and trades.
- Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure quality control, safety, and cleanliness.
- Complete and submit daily field reports and weekly progress reports through Procore.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and inspectors to resolve field issues.
- Verify that all work is performed according to project plans, specifications, and code.
- Enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Manage inspections, punch lists, and final closeout procedures.
- Track materials and deliveries, manage site logistics, and maintain updated field documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a construction superintendent, specifically in commercial and/or high-end residential projects.
- Proficiency with Procore for daily logs, drawings, photos, and RFI management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, trades, sequencing, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple trades simultaneously.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- OSHA 30 certification
- Experience with Smartsheet scheduling
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
