Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Provide specialized speech-language therapy services in K-12 educational settings located in Stuart and Port St. Lucie, FL. This contract position offers multiple assignment opportunities within public schools for the 2025-2026 school year, with flexibility for full- or part-time hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized speech-language pathology services to students, including those in integrated and specialized units.
  • Conduct evaluations for private school referrals requiring a certified CCC-SLP.
  • Collaborate with school personnel and assistive staff to support student progress.
  • Manage caseloads across one or more school sites, including Dan McCarty Middle School, Forest Grove Middle School, Oak Hammock K-8, and district office evaluation teams.
  • Ensure compliance with school district guidelines and maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and evaluations.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active Florida SLP licensure is required.
  • Experience working with K-12 student populations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Competency in conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Availability for on-site roles; no remote or hybrid work options.

Location:

  • Positions are based in multiple schools within Stuart, Fort Pierce, and Port St. Lucie, FL.
  • Most assignments focus on one campus with potential variability.
