Gold Coast Physical Therapy is hiring an Exercise Specialist for our outpatient physical therapy center in Palm Beach Gardens. Exercise specialists work alongside the physical therapy care team guiding patients through therapeutic movements to support their rehabilitation journey.

Individuals with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology or a related field as well as individuals with Personal Training, Strength & Conditioning (CSCS) and/or Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) certifications are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist physical therapists and physical therapist assistants in executing exercise-based treatment plans

· Instruct and monitor patients to ensure proper form and safety

· Track progress and adjust exercises as needed
