Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

• Support positive behavior and promote social development

• Develop and adapt curriculum based on individual needs

• Foster a safe, structured, and engaging classroom

• Collaborate with staff, specialists, and families

Qualifications:

• Degree in Special Education (required)

• Prior teaching experience (required)

• Strong classroom and behavior management skills

• Familiarity with developmental disabilities and support strategies

• Excellent communication, patience, and teamwork
