Position Overview

In-Office: Based full-time at CELSIUS® Headquarters in Boca Raton, FL

People Management Responsibilities: No

Role Type: Temporary, seasonal

Key Responsibilities

As a PMO Intern, you will play an active role in supporting the IT Project Management Office in executing strategic technology initiatives, process improvements, and cross-functional projects. Working closely with an IT Project Manager and business stakeholders, you will gain hands-on experience in project coordination, data tracking, documentation, and supply chain in the energy drink, nutrition, and lifestyle industry.

This internship is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in developing skills in technology project management, business process improvement, and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, automation, analytics platforms).

  • Support the IT Project Manager in coordinating and tracking technology and process improvement projects.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, including project charters, meeting notes, and progress reports.
  • Help develop dashboards, reports, and tracking tools to monitor project status milestones.
  • Diagram systems and processes using Lucid (or similar).
  • Participate in project meetings and document action items, risks, and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Operations) to gather business requirements.
  • Support testing, validation, and documentation efforts for system changes, enhancements, or integrations.
  • Contribute to research on new tools, technologies, and process automation opportunities.
  • Assist in maintaining project governance standards and templates within the PMO.
  • Help prepare presentations and updates for leadership meetings.

Requirements

  • Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Interest in learning enterprise tools such as Jira and Monday.com.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Benefits

The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location. The final offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
