Requirements:
Previous experience IN A DENTAL OFFICE
Knowledge of DENTAL INSURANCE and verification
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Telephone Etiquette

Responsibilities:
Greet patients and manage appointments
Answer phone calls and handle inquiries
Verify Insurance
Provide exception customer service
