Job DescriptionAn AM Law 100 firm is seeking an associate attorney with at least 3 years of experience to join its Real Estate Practice. The group advises on sophisticated transactions involving joint ventures, development projects, acquisitions, dispositions, M&A, and financings across a range of asset classes.

Ideal candidates will have:

• At least 3 years of legal experience in complex real estate transactions

• Familiarity with hospitality or healthcare real estate is a plus

Key aspects of the role include:

• Handling complex real estate transactions, including joint ventures and development projects

• Advising a diverse client base such as private equity funds, REITs, and institutional investors

• Collaborating across offices and practice groups on high-value matters

Salary starts at 235000, with potential for discretionary merit bonuses.
