Royce Integrated Solutions is seeking a skilled welder with experience in fabricating aluminum/steel gates and fencing. Our facility is located in Pompano Beach, FL, and the ideal candidate must have a steady hand and great attention to detail.

Responsibilities include:

• Design Interpretation: Reading blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements
• Calculating: Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and layouts
• Material Preparation: Taking measurements to plan layout and procedures
• Assembly: Cut, bend, and shape metal (steel, aluminum) using hand and power tools
• Finishing: Ensuring the end product is ground down and polished
• Maintaining equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety
• Assisting the installation truck crew from time to time

Requirements include:

• 3+ years of proven welding experience, utilizing both MIG and TIG welding capabilities
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
• Commitment to high-quality work and integrity
• Must have a proficiency in English and math
• A successful completion of a relevant apprenticeship program is not required, but preferred
• Certifications are a plus (e.g. an AWS welding certificate).
