Calculate cycle times of equipment at each workstation based on production line data; analyze bottleneck processes, and develop solutions using tools Excel and Lean management principles; identify and address bottlenecks to improve productivity and apply FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) to enhance cost efficiency and effectiveness of production lines. -Work on the full solar photovoltaic module production line of key module production processes including Stringer, Layup, Lamination, Framing, Testing and Packaging; Perform EL (electroluminescence) and IV (current-voltage) tests to ensure electrical performance; Use MES software (Manufacturing Execution System) to extract real-time production and performance data for conducting engineering analysis to calculate cycle times of equipment at each workstation, and identify the bottleneck for the entire line.

-Analyze bottleneck processes and develop solutions, applying Lean principles; Use Excel tools as engineering calculation tools to conduct bottleneck analysis and throughput calculations; Use Microsoft Visio software to create production line flow chart diagram to facilitate cross-functional collaboration; Based on OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) data and root cause analysis, develop optimization strategies and share with process, equipment, and production departments to implement solutions.

-Identify and address bottlenecks to improve productivity; Base on bottleneck analysis outcomes, recommend introduction of robotic arms, automatic framing machines, conveyors and other automation solutions to the bottleneck stations; Coordinate with multiple departments on installation and integration of automation machinery into the existing production workflow.

-Support in annual production capacity and cost planning, analyzing impact of new equipment/automation and adjust production schedules; Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to accelerate production line transformation and upgrade projects, ensuring timely implementation and alignment with company objectives.
