Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our legal team in the areas of Real Estate, Commercial, and Landlord Tenant litigation. Your expertise will help ensure our firm delivers exceptional legal services to clients while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. Duties

  • Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies and legal opinions.

  • Draft clear, precise legal documents including briefs, contracts, pleadings, and memoranda that meet client needs and court standards.

  • Assist in preparing cases for litigation by organizing evidence, drafting discovery requests, and coordinating with clients and witnesses.

  • Support attorneys in negotiations with opposing parties to achieve favorable outcomes for clients across various practice areas.

  • Stay current on relevant laws and regulations affecting estate planning, environmental issues, immigration policies, and other specialized fields.

  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining meticulous records of case progress and legal documentation.

  • Collaborate with team members to develop innovative legal solutions tailored to client objectives and regulatory requirements.

Skills

  • Strong research skills utilizing LexisNexis and Westlaw to gather relevant case law and statutory information efficiently.

  • Strong legal writing skills with the ability to produce well-organized briefs, memos, contracts, and other legal documents.

  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients in various legal contexts.

  • Familiarity with legal administrative processes and experience managing case files within a busy law office environment.

  • Knowledge of legal drafting standards and procedures for different types of legal documents.

  • Proficiency in using legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw for comprehensive case analysis. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,360.91 - $140,000.00 per year
