Duties

Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies and legal opinions.

Draft clear, precise legal documents including briefs, contracts, pleadings, and memoranda that meet client needs and court standards.

Assist in preparing cases for litigation by organizing evidence, drafting discovery requests, and coordinating with clients and witnesses.

Support attorneys in negotiations with opposing parties to achieve favorable outcomes for clients across various practice areas.

Stay current on relevant laws and regulations affecting estate planning, environmental issues, immigration policies, and other specialized fields.

Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining meticulous records of case progress and legal documentation.

Skills
