Position: Bilingual Permit Coordinator – Windows & Doors

What You’ll Do:
• Prepare and submit permit applications for windows, doors, and roofing projects
• Ensure all documents meet city, county, and state requirements
• Communicate with HOAs and municipal offices for approvals
• Coordinate with internal teams to keep projects on track

What You Bring:
• 3–5 years of permitting experience (windows, doors, or construction)
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Excellent communication skills in English & Spanish (required)
• Ability to handle high-volume work with accuracy
