Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor / Production Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Fish Cutter to join our team in a cold storage warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for filleting, cutting, and preparing various types of fish according to company and customer specifications while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cut, trim, and clean fish for packaging or processing
• Use knives and other cutting equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow cutting specifications for different types of seafood
• Work in a cold storage environment (temperature around 35&degree;F / 1.6&degree;C)
• Inspect fish for quality, freshness, and adherence to safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstation and equipment
• Follow all safety guidelines, including proper use of PPE
• Assist with loading, unloading, and packing as needed
• Comply with all company policies and food safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a fish cutter or in seafood processing preferred
• Comfortable working in cold storage conditions for extended periods
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team-oriented environment

Language:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required

Work Environment:

• Cold storage and wet processing areas.

• Fast-paced, team-based production environment.
