Role: Project manager
Miami, FL (Hybrid)
Contract to Hire: 6 month increments
Need Some Local candidate

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in process improvement, documentation, or project coordination in a corporate or consulting environment
- Proficiency in creating flowcharts, SOPs, and guidelines using tools like Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and recommend process changes
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma
- Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like Confluence, Jira, and Smartsheets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; basic experience with data analysis tools is a plus
