Job Title: Concrete Production & Rebar Yard Laborer

Pay: $17.00 per hour ‘

Hours 6:30am to 6pm Mon- must be able to work later when needed

Location: North Fort Myers, FL

Company Overview:
We are a leading cement products manufacturer specializing in creating high-quality cement casts for water retention ponds. Our team works on-site to produce, form, and assemble large-scale concrete structures. We are committed to quality, safety, and efficiency in all stages of production.

Job Summary:
We are seeking hardworking, dependable individuals to assist in manufacturing cement casts and preparing reinforcement materials. This is an outdoor, physically demanding position requiring long shifts (12–15 hours a day) in varying weather conditions. Must be able to work hours required

Responsibilities:

· Bend, cut, and form rebar according to project specifications.

· Assist with preparing and pouring concrete into molds and casts.

· Maintain molds and tools to ensure quality production.

· Work with a team to move and position large forms and finished products.

· Follow all safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

· Perform cleanup and general labor tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

· Ability to work long hours outdoors in various weather conditions.

· Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.

· Experience with concrete work and/or rebar bending preferred but not required (training available).

· Strong work ethic and reliability.

· Commitment to following safety protocols.

· MUST have Steel Toe Boots and Steel Metatarsal Guards (metal boot toe covers)

Work Environment:
This is a hands-on, outdoor role with exposure to cement dust, noise, and heavy machinery. PPE is provided and must be worn at all times NO EXCEPTIONS!
