Job Description: Attractions Attendant
Now Hiring Attractions Attendants at HeadPinz Naples!
Join our team and be part of the excitement in our GameZone and attractions area. As an Attractions Attendant, you’ll be at the heart of the action, delivering a WOW experience for our guests and ensuring their time with us is safe, fun, and unforgettable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet all guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude to create an outstanding experience.
- Assist guests with questions, inquiries, and redemption merchandise requests.
- Monitor and maintain attractions and the GameZone, ensuring they are safe, clean, and operational.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with machines when possible, and log unresolved issues for follow-up.
- Keep the attractions area clean, organized, and hazard-free at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Outgoing, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
- Must maintain a polished, professional appearance.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with guests, team members, and management.
- Attention to detail to ensure the attractions area is always guest-ready.
- Positive attitude and ability to bring fun energy to the role.
- A service-oriented mindset focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience.
