We are seeking RN/LPN Case Managers (starting at approximately $58,500 (RN) or $52,650 (LPN) annually) to join our team! You will be responsible for Case Management of participants accepted into the program. Health insurance and a very generous retirement plan included in benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Case Managing participants who have sustained a neurological birth injury
- Maintain accurate patient participant records
- Provide case management and emotional support to participants and their family members
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in nursing, especially pediatric experience
- Computer skills needed
- Ability to build rapport with participant's parents and guardians
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Active Florida nursing license
