Job DescriptionJob Title: Quality Standards CoordinatorDescription:
The Quality Standards Coordinator ensures that Preschool and School Age programs meet licensing, grant, and internal compliance standards. Responsibilities include conducting site visits and internal audits, tracking data and program outcomes, supporting staff training, assisting with budgeting, and maintaining partnerships that support program success.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular site visits for JWB related grants and report findings of non-compliance to the Director of Grant Compliance and Project Directors.
  • Areas of focus include, but are not limited to, grant reporting, file reviews, licensing requirements, and program outcomes.
  • Assist in the administration and compliance of programs including the interpretation and execution of established policies, the development of procedures and methods, and evaluation of the effectiveness of the programs and operations
  • Support accurate reporting and data entry in grant management systems
  • Assist with training staff on compliance processes and software
  • Maintain accurate records for licensing and reporting
  • Monitor budgets and assist with audits
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and community partners
  • Represent the YMCA positively in the community

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 2 years' experience with grants, licensing, compliance, or related fields
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to sites (30–40%)

Pay & Perks: Full-Time, $23–$25/hour.
