Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role

Are you a hands-on leader who takes pride in doing things the right way?
We’re hiring a Lead Aircraft Detailer to manage a mobile crew and deliver top-tier aircraft detailing services with precision, professionalism, and safety.

You’ll oversee job sites, train new hires, ensure safety protocols are followed, and support the Operations Manager—all while representing our brand to high-value clients in private aviation.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead a team of aircraft detailers on location

· Perform detailing services such as:

· - Exterior wash, wax, and paint revitalization

· - Brightwork polishing and de-ice boot treatment

· - Full interior cleaning, carpet/leather care, sanitation

· Train new crew members and reinforce SOPs

· Ensure job quality and team performance

· Communicate effectively with Operations Manager and clients

· Maintain safety standards and represent the company professionally

· Travel occasionally for jobs (overnight stays covered)

· Work flexible hours including some weekends

Qualifications

· Strong leadership and time management skills

· Detail-oriented and process-driven

· Comfortable with physical work (lifting, kneeling, working at heights)

· Valid driver’s license and legal right to work in the U.S.

· Able to pass drug screening and background check

· Positive attitude and solid communication skills

· Experience with cleaning products and hand tools

· Willing to wear safety gear (boots, gloves, eye protection)

Schedule

· Full-Time

· Day shift with occasional weekend work

· Schedule may vary based on aircraft and client needs

This role is subject to FAA Drug & Alcohol Testing under federal regulations. All applicants must pass screening in accordance with our Drug-Free Workplace Policy.
