REDVANLY, a men’s luxury golf and athletics apparel brand, seeks a retail sales associate for our WPB boutique.
Our team members represent the pulse of our brand. They embody the REDVANLY culture, customer experience and lifestyle.
You will serve as a representative of the brand, providing exceptional customer service while supporting the daily operations.
Qualifications and Responsibilities include:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-centric role with proven ability to sell.
- An interest and knowledge of golf, racquets or sports a plus.
- Professional, accountable, respectful, and honest.
- Ability to rapport in genuine conversation.
- Educate customers about the brand, product and fabrics.
- Process efficient Point of Sale transactions as needed. Shopify experience a plus.
- Carry out daily, opening and closing tasks effectively.
- Share a team mindset. Communicate clearly, support others and follow directives.
- Maintain a well merchandised, stocked, and aesthetically pleasing shop.
- Flexible to meet the needs of the business, including weekends, holidays, and events.
