Construction Superintendent – Luxury Custom Homes
We are actively recruiting for an experienced Construction Superintendent to join a leading Florida-based luxury homebuilder known for delivering high-end custom homes and renovations across Palm Beach, Martin, and Indian River Counties.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a respected, family-owned company that values craftsmanship, relationships, and attention to detail. The Construction Superintendent will lead field operations and oversee the successful execution of custom residential projects from start to finish.
Construction Superintendent Responsibilities:

Manage all on-site construction activities for high-end custom homes

Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to maintain project timelines

Ensure all work meets plans, specifications, building codes, and luxury standards

Serve as the on-site leader, communicating with project managers, design teams, and vendors

Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and documentation

Problem-solve issues quickly and effectively to keep the project on track

Deliver projects that reflect the client’s vision with quality execution
Ideal Candidate – Construction Superintendent:

Prior experience supervising custom residential home builds, including ground-up and renovations
-
Familiarity with coastal construction practices, pilings, and complex architectural designs

Clear communicator with strong organizational and leadership skills

Proficient in Procore or similar construction management tools

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schedules, and budgets
Exceptional Candidates – Construction Superintendent:

Have 10 or more years of experience managing high-end custom home construction

Deep understanding of coastal building codes and complex site requirements

Proven track record delivering multimillion-dollar luxury homes

Strong leadership and quick problem-solving ability

Experience coordinating top-tier architects, designers, and demanding custom details

Salary & Benefits:
$100,000 to $130,000 annual salary, depending on experience, with amazing competitive benefits.
