What We Require:

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance.
• Pass criminal background (Level 2 AHCA -https://info.flclearinghouse.com), and written competency evaluation.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with the elderly or frail population.
• Preferred: Experience working with Alzheimers or Dementia.
• TB test or Chest X-ray required.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living and provide companionship
• Assist with personal hygiene, including bathing, care of mouth, skin, and hair.
• Perform light housekeeping activities.
• Provide ambulation and transferring assistance as needed.
• Plan and prepare meals.
• Drive clients to appointments as needed
• Medication reminders
• Take and record vitals as needed
