Pasta Maker Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Pasta Maker to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining par-levels;
- Responsible for creating different pastas according to Maialino Mare recipes and standards;
- Consistently checks the pasta products and adjusts methods to achieve high quality pasta;
- Maintains a clean and sanitary food production area.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds;
- Ability to operate equipment such as a commercial mixer and pasta machine;
- High school diploma or equivalent or culinary degree preferred;
- 1+ year of experience as a cook or chef preferred;
- Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting;
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine preferred;
- Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including weekends.
