Now Hiring: Commercial Electrician
Location: West Palm Beach, FL
Pay: $24 – $36/hr (DOE, licensing & project experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Electrician to join our team for ongoing and upcoming projects in the West Palm Beach area. The ideal candidate will have experience with pipe runs, the ability to mentor apprentices, and a background in new construction builds—particularly on golf resorts, luxury developments, or medical facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform conduit and pipe runs (PVC, EMT, and rigid) with minimal supervision

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems in commercial buildings

• Read blueprints, layout electrical systems, and interpret schematics

• Mentor and train helpers and apprentices to ensure a safe, efficient workflow

• Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades to maintain project schedules

• Execute all work in compliance with local and NEC codes

• Complete rough-ins, trim-outs, and service panel installations

• Work on commercial projects from the ground up, including new golf resort developments, medical centers, and hospitality facilities

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• 4+ years of commercial electrical experience

• Proficient with underground and overhead installations

• Strong knowledge of electrical theory and code compliance

• Prior experience working on:

  • Golf resorts or country clubs

  • Medical facilities or healthcare campuses

  • Ground-up commercial buildings

• Ability to work independently and lead a small crew

• Reliable transportation and basic hand/power tools

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 (preferred)

• Must pass background check and drug screening

• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor construction conditions

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay Range: $24 – $36/hr (based on experience, licensing & tools)
