Position Summary
As a Manufacturing Associate, you'll be at the forefront of bringing our hemp-infused beverages to market. This is an ideal role for a recent graduate with a background in chemistry who is interested in understanding the science behind beverage formulation, process control, and scaling production in a regulated, fast-paced environment.
You will work directly with our manufacturing and R&D teams to translate laboratory processes into high-volume production—all while gaining valuable hands-on experience in operations, quality control, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day beverage manufacturing operations, including mixing, batching, and bottling processes
- Apply chemistry principles to ensure consistency and quality across large-scale production batches
- Support the development and scaling of new formulations from lab bench to full production
- Monitor and document process parameters, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Operations
- Conduct analytical tests and troubleshoot variations in product or process performance
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized production and lab environments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related science field (recent graduates welcome)
- Strong foundational knowledge in chemical processes, lab techniques, and scientific troubleshooting
- Interest in beverage science, food chemistry, or large-scale manufacturing
- Ability to learn quickly, follow SOPs, and work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
