Are you an experienced Construction Estimator looking to lead and innovate? Our company is seeking a strategic thinker and results-driven professional to head our Estimating Department. We want someone who thrives in a team environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is committed to winning projects with detailed, thorough estimates. If you’re a natural leader with experience in a General Contractor role, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

Estimate costs across all CSI Master Format divisions.

Analyze construction drawings to develop precise pricing.

Prepare bids and manage subcontractor negotiations.

Conduct quantity take-offs using PlanSwift and manual techniques.

Develop budgets, cost breakdowns, and bid clarifications.

Manage subcontractor relationships and ensure competitive pricing.

Organize and store electronic project documentation.

Support proposal writing with scopes, assumptions, and value engineering.
What We're Looking For:
✔ Leadership mindset – ability to manage multiple estimates effectively.
✔ Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Adobe, Bluebeam & Planswift.
✔ Detail-oriented approach with strong communication skills.
✔ Experience working with a General Contractor.
✔ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction management.
-
3+ years as an Estimator or Construction Manager.
