Are you an experienced Construction Estimator looking to lead and innovate? Our company is seeking a strategic thinker and results-driven professional to head our Estimating Department. We want someone who thrives in a team environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is committed to winning projects with detailed, thorough estimates. If you’re a natural leader with experience in a General Contractor role, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimate costs across all CSI Master Format divisions.

  • Analyze construction drawings to develop precise pricing.

  • Prepare bids and manage subcontractor negotiations.

  • Conduct quantity take-offs using PlanSwift and manual techniques.

  • Develop budgets, cost breakdowns, and bid clarifications.

  • Manage subcontractor relationships and ensure competitive pricing.

  • Organize and store electronic project documentation.

  • Support proposal writing with scopes, assumptions, and value engineering.

What We're Looking For:

✔ Leadership mindset – ability to manage multiple estimates effectively.

✔ Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Adobe, Bluebeam & Planswift.

✔ Detail-oriented approach with strong communication skills.

✔ Experience working with a General Contractor.

✔ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction management.

  • 3+ years as an Estimator or Construction Manager.
