We're looking for a skilled and passionate Senior BI Developer to join our team in Plantation, FL. You will be instrumental in building, maintaining, and optimizing data warehouses and reporting systems that are essential for critical business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain data warehouses, data marts, and dimensional models.
Build and optimize SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
Develop and manage SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) cubes to support complex business queries.
Create robust reports, scorecards, and dashboards using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI.
Write and optimize complex T-SQL queries and stored procedures to ensure efficient data retrieval.
Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
Stay up-to-date with new data technologies and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on experience with the Microsoft SQL Server BI Suite (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS), including SQL Server 2019 and T-SQL.
5+ years of expertise in designing and developing data warehouses and dimensional models.
Proven experience in building reports, scorecards, and dashboards with Power BI and SSRS.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to new business requirements.
