A well-established and rapidly growing community association law firm in Winter Garden is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its collaborative and family-friendly team. This role focuses on supporting condominium, townhome, and homeowners’ association clients with transactional and general operational matters.

Key Responsibilities
• Advise community association clients on operational, governance, and transactional matters
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including contracts, amendments, and governing documents
• Conduct legal research and provide guidance on regulatory compliance
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and support staff to deliver exceptional client service
Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (JD) and active Florida Bar membership in good standing (required)
• Prior experience in community association law, HOA, civil litigation, real estate, or banking law preferred
• Strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills
• Self-starter with attention to detail and a professional, client-focused approach
