Join our premier facility near St. Petersburg as our dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), Registered Nurse (RN) and partner closely with a strong Director of Nursing and an engaged Administrator as we continue elevating care, culture, and clinical performance.
Experience Required
We welcome strong leaders from various clinical environments:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
- Previous management experience (ADON, Unit Manager, RN Supervisor, or equivalent)
- Hospital experience is welcome — LTC experience is not required
- Willing to train the right RN leader with strong clinical and leadership skills
- Strong communication, coaching, and team‐support abilities

What You’ll Do
- Work in close partnership with the DON as a unified leadership team
- Support, mentor, and guide nursing staff
- Strengthen clinical processes and documentation
- Assist with survey readiness and compliance
- Help elevate quality measures and resident outcomes
- Lead with visibility and presence on the floor
- Support ongoing plans to increase census, acuity, and clinical capabilities
