Where You Will Work
This is a field-based role requiring travel to residential and commercial client sites across Martin, St. Lucie, Palm Beach, and Okeechobee counties. Employees must have reliable transportation capable of carrying cleaning supplies and equipment.
When You Will Work
This is apart-time, non-exempt position, scheduled Monday through Saturday, between the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on client needs.This position may develop into full-time employmentbased on business needs, employee performance, and operational growth.
What You Will Do
TheCleaning Supervisoris responsible for overseeing day-to-day cleaning operations and ensuring compliance with company standards, safety procedures, and client specifications. This position supervises cleaning personnel, provides training and coaching, monitors performance, and serves as the companys primary on-site representative for client interactions.
Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of cleaning staff in accordance with company policies and applicable employment laws
- Assign daily tasks, manage schedules, and ensure adequate site coverage
- Conduct site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and adherence to cleaning protocols
- Maintain accurate records related to scheduling, timekeeping, and incident reporting
- Coach employees, address performance concerns, and report issues to the Owner for further action
- Perform cleaning tasks during high-demand periods or as needed
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and all applicable safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Maintain supply inventory and oversee equipment upkeep
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication at job sites
- Report all client concerns, safety incidents, and property damage promptly and accurately
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of three (3) years of residential or commercial cleaning experience
- Minimum of one (1) year in a supervisory or team lead capacity
- Valid Florida drivers license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- Reliable transportation capable of transporting cleaning supplies and equipment
- Authorization to work in the United States (I-9 eligibility required)

Physical and Environmental Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb stairs and ladders, bend, reach, stoop, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks and work on feet for extended periods
- Visual acuity to assess cleanliness and ensure safety (including close, distance, peripheral, and depth vision)
- Ability to work indoors and around common cleaning agents and allergens
- Ability to travel between job sites as required
