Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Attorney to join our Winter Garden office and support our growing practice focused on condominium, townhome, and homeowners’ association clients. The ideal candidate will handle transactional and general operational matters while working closely with association boards and management companies.

Responsibilities:
Draft and review governing documents, contracts, and legal correspondence
Advise clients on operational, compliance, and governance issues
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure legal accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications:
Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
Experie law, civil litigation, real estate, or banking preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and drafting skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
