We are seeking a tech-savvy and detail-oriented ECRS Specialist, IT Associate to support POS systems, back-office operations, and store technology. This role is responsible for managing ECRS Catapult, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting associates, and ensuring smooth daily system operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain ECRS POS systems and Catapult Back Office
- Create and submit Worksheets, Dynamic Promotions, labels, and reports in Catapult
- Add, update, and manage items within the POS system
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues including printers, registers, scanners, and card readers
- Respond promptly to service requests and technical issues from associates
- Train and support team members on POS systems and related technology
- Create and update store sig
nage using Adobe Illustrator - Test equipment functionality and ensure system accuracy
- Follow established IT processes, procedures, and timelines
Qualifications:
- Experience with ECRS POS systems and Catapult Back Office preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Basic knowledge of databases and POS system principles
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization abilities
- Ability to communicate clearly and follow established processes
- Proficiency in English
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including weekends
- Must be 18 years of age or older and able to work full-time (up to 40 hours per week)
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and/or walk for the duration of a scheduled shift
- Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work around store equipment, hardware, and workstations
- Ability to use ladders and step ladders as needed
- Ability to work in environments with moderate dust and cleaning agents
- Ability to work with a variety of fresh, dried, and processed products without allergic reactions
- Ability to occasionally work in tight spaces, including under counters or desks
