What We Require:

We are looking for reliable and professional inspectors who meet the following requirements:

• Valid and Current Florida Home Inspector License
• Active General Liability Insurance
• Active Worker's Compensation Insurance (or valid exemption)
• Ability to pass a Level 2 background check, including fingerprinting and a drug screen
• Reliable transportation
• Standard home inspection tools
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
• Reliable and punctual
• Coachability and a willingness to learn our systems and processes
