Apartner is seeking a skilled and motivated Certified Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced in apartment maintenance, has a positive attitude, and is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
Requirements:

HVAC EPA Universal Certification required
-
Hands-on experience in apartment or residential maintenance preferred
-
Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
-
Respond to maintenance service requests promptly and efficiently
-
Assist in preparing market-ready units, including trash-outs for vacant apartments
-
Support the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager by performing assigned maintenance tasks
-
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, carpentry, and appliance issues
-
Install locks and make keys as needed
-
Replace light bulbs in common areas
-
Remove trash from office areas and apartment community perimeters daily
-
Assist with upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing offices, parking lots, and other community buildings
