Front Desk Executive – Tax House Miami
Tax House Miami is looking for a dynamic Front Desk Executive to join our team! This is more than just a receptionist role—you’ll be the face of our company and play a key part in supporting our operations.
We are seeking a motivated leader who can manage the Front Desk, support staff, and take on multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. This role offers both seasonal and permanent opportunities for the right candidate, with room to grow within our company.
Work Hours:

On-Season (Jan – May): Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Saturdays during peak months

Off-Season (May – Dec): Tuesday – Thursday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Responsibilities:

Greet visitors with a welcoming and professional demeanor

Answer incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner

Oversee Front Desk operations and train new team members

Maintain and organize client files
-
Handle data entry for tax preparation appointments

Schedule and manage client appointments

Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in a high-volume call center
-
Experience in a management or supervisory role is a plus

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities

Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Highly motivated, eager to learn, and grow professionally
