Practice Manager, Dermatology Outpatient Clinic 90K, Miami, Florida

Excellent opportunity for a seasoned Practicer Manager to oversee daily operations of a prestigious dermatology private practice located in beautiful Miami Biscayne area of South Florida. Privately held outpatient clinic has an excellent reputation in both cosmetic and MOHS Micrographic Surgery (MMS) services. Manager reports to the Medical Doctor and oversees office staff, daily operations and administrative duties. Is accountable for patient flow, scheduling and maintaining both medical and non-medical office supply. Maintains medical records, ensure compliance with HIPPA regulations and collaborates with insurance providers. Implements office policies, works with billing and reimbursement. Excellent for a Manager that enjoys navigating the daily flow of the practice, working with medical sales representative and enjoys being part of a very fun and exciting team. Medical practice functions in a friendly and welcoming space and we invite a leader seeking a new home and opportunity for growth. Practice is in a robust growing season. Day time hours Mon- Friday. Requires two years working knowledge of daily operations within a medical dermatology practice. Management of staff, electronic health records software experience required. Understanding and working knowledge of ModMed, Procure or Klara. Ideal candidate has 2 years as a practice or office manager. Emotional Intelligence, Savvy and hands on approach is key.

Compensation up to 90K base depending on experience. Excellent PTO with 6 federal holidays. Medical benefits stipend and 401(k) with 4% match. Great opportunity for a Practice Manager seeking to grow with a robust practice.
