Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM

What Youll Do:
- Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every guest feels cared for from check-in to check-out.
- Perform vital clinical duties including taking vitals, documenting histories, preparing patients for exams, and assisting providers during visits.
- Draw blood and perform specimen collection with precision and confidence phlebotomy certification and experience required.
- Administer injections and immunizations as directed by providers.
- Manage patient flow, ensuring timely rooming and maintaining efficient clinic operations.
- Educate patients on services, treatments, and preventive wellness programs offered by our practice.
- Check patients in and out, schedule follow-up appointments, and collect payments as needed.
- Support team goals for patient retention and satisfaction by providing a positive and informative experience every time.
- Invite happy patients to share their experience through Google reviews, helping our practice grow its community reputation.
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance and ensure that exam rooms and clinical areas are guest-ready and organized at all times.
- Contribute to growth initiatives such as supporting patient events, collaborating with wellness advisors, and assisting with social media content when needed.
What Were Looking For:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) with current certification.
- Phlebotomy experience and certification required.
- 1+ years of clinical or patient-facing experience in an internal medicine, wellness, or multi-specialty setting.
- Exceptional ability to build meaningful connections with patients making them feel heard, respected, and cared for.
- Proficient in computers and electronic medical record (EMR) systems, with strong documentation and data entry skills.
- A great team player who thrives in a collaborative environment but is also highly organized and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine ability to connect with patients and providers alike.
- Reliable, professional, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow with a high-performing team.
- Willingness to attend quarterly and mandatory team meetings and events.
