Senior Superintendent (Concrete Specialist)

The Mission: As a Project Lead, you are the CEO of your job site. You lead internal crews and own the concrete scope from turnover to final punch. You’ll drive execution on high-velocity data centers, resort infrastructure, and massive industrial builds.
The "Business Result" You Will Drive:
- Direct-Hire Authority: Lead the team in the mud, driving daily production rates and owning the execution strategy.
- Data-Driven Leadership: Use elite field-tech (Procore/Raken) to track real-time metrics and identify obstacles before they hit the deck.
- Local Ownership: Built on the belief that top leaders shouldn’t have to travel across the country…but within your region. Build your backyard, not your odometer.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years leading large-scale self-perform concrete (Structural or Tilt-up).
- Power-user status with modern field-tracking and scheduling software.
- The grit of a tradesman with the executive presence to command a $10M+ scope.
