Superintendent

Position Overview
The Superintendent will oversee and manage all construction activities at our restaurant projects (all in the tri-county area), ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety. The role requires strong leadership skills to coordinate with various teams and contractors, while also managing timelines and budgets effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction operations and ensure adherence to project plans and schedules.
• Manage subcontractors and construction staff, providing direction and support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Collaborate with project managers and architects to address any issues that arise during construction.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders and management.
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, preferably with restaurant projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in country club, hotel, or resort construction is a plus.
