What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage multiple construction and restoration projects from start to finish.
- Build strong relationships with clients, trades, and internal teams.

- Resolve escalated claims and conflicts with professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and documentation requirements.
- Monitor financial performance and ensure profitability.
- Participate in contract negotiations and bidding processes.
- Conduct site inspections and identify potential hazards (e.g., mold, asbestos).
- Liaise with clients and insurance adjusters to communicate scope and progress.
- Implement quality control and risk mitigation strategies.
